HealtheMed is a public benefit corporation dedicated to enriching the lives of underserved populations in the state of Minnesota.
Clinic@Home, a first of its kind, digital system of care enables Medicaid waivered clients to get better access to health care in their homes through its hybrid telemedicine platform.
Our mission is to keep Medicaid waivered participants in the community longer by enabling access to the essential care services they need, in the comfort of their own home. We want these important citizens to become more independent and live as fulfilling a life as possible.
Chief Executive Officer
Tom has 30 years of physician management, managed care contracting and health care technology innovation experience. In 2016 he negotiated the first CMS approved contract for telemedicine wound clinic services in the U.S.
Steve has 35 years as an innovator in the healthcare industry. His experience extends into the venture capital space with startup successes in field marketing, healthcare, and retail, and is well-known as the Founder of MinuteClinic, a pioneer in the retail healthcare sector.
VP Product & Engineering
Katherine joined the HealtheMed team with over 20 years' experience in product innovation and engineering. She has demonstrated leadership in the information technology and healthcare industry.
Dane Shipp, MD
Dane has over 25 years of clinical, health information, and research experience. In addition to years of practice, he helps physicians adopt new technologies such as telemedicine and remote patient monitoring.
Shannon Graf BSN, RN
Shannon has over a decade of nursing experience. She has significant expertise leading mental and physical health care models for patients across all socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
